Requirements for Export Plants from Territory of the Republic of Indonesia
Export requirements for quarantine of plants and plant products are stipulated to regulate the release of carrier media in the form of plants and plant products from within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia and prevent the release of Quarantined Plant Destruction Organisms (OPTK) from within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia to other countries.
Quarantine measures against plants and plant products to be exported are aimed at ensuring that the carrier media is free from OPTK. The quarantine measures are adjusted to the policies imposed in the destination country.
In the context of export acceleration, the Agricultural Quarantine Agency accelerates export quarantine services as stipulated in the Decree of the Head of the Agricultural Quarantine Agency Number 2471/Kpts/KR.020/K/11/2018 concerning Acceleration of Agricultural Quarantine Export Certification Services ( pdf ) and Number 2523/Kpts /KR.020/K/11/2018 concerning Assessment and Determination of In-Line Inspection Sites in Plant Quarantine Actions Against the Release of Carrier Media from Within the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia ( pdf ).
